Eligibility for Refunds

• To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original tags/packaging.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for the following:

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Personal care, health, or hygiene products (for safety reasons)

• Digital products or downloadable content

How to Request a Refund

2. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified if your refund is approved.

Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
