To determine your wrist size, you can measure it by wrapping a flexible tape measure around your wrist (just below the bone, where the bracelet will be placed). 

Another option for measuring is to wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, below the bone. Mark with a pen where the paper wrap ends and then measure with a ruler.
